Introducing Artistic Healing : Self-Love & Self-Care is Self-Healing

Self-love and self-healing can sound a little cliché when you hear people talk about it. But it really isn't. In fact, many individuals actually don't take the time to love and care for themselves. Take a moment to think of the things you actually do for yourself. What do you do to pamper yourself? What do you do to love and take care of yourself physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and sexually?

Honestly, if you really have to think about it, then maybe your self-love date is way overdue. I used to be the same way and not take care of myself, at least not the way that I do now. I used to think that laying in bed and watching my favorite shows was me pampering myself. And while it was, on some rare occasions, the reality was that I was depriving myself from nature, exercise, adventure, creativity, and amazing opportunities.

The truth is, while you are at home "trying" to take care of yourself, the world outside those walls is still moving and blooming with seedlings of opportunity.

This means that you have to place yourself into those opportunities. That, or create your own. Regardless of what you choose, you will be required to put in some type effort.

If you are unhappy with your current life, whether it's a job, your personal life, or your physical attributes, there are ways to overcome these challenges. But, and this is a big BUT (all jokes aside), it is up to you whether you want to make these changes or not. Your effort is what will determine whether these aspects of your life will become better or stay the same.

So, now that you know this, what will you do about it? If change is what you seek, what could possibly be holding you back?

I know you may not know where to begin. And that's ok. We all start that way, that's why I created a formula that I call Artistic Healing that can help you brainstorm on where to start.

My formula is made up of four (4) main steps: Embrace, Passion, Love, and Heal. These four steps are part of this amazing formula, and are meant to help you embrace every aspect of your life, including your past, your present, and your future. It is meant to help you embrace your passions and use your passions as a form of embracing any flaws in your life, gaining knowledge, and challenging yourself. It will teach you how to love yourself unconditionally and care for yourself effortlessly. And finally, it will provide you with the healing tools that you need to close old wounds, eliminate self doubts, and move forward in your life. Artistic Healing is supposed to guide you to becoming a more courageous, confident, wiser, stronger, and more unique version of yourself. You will strengthen any skills that you already have and learn new skills by challenging your old ones.

This will be the journey you've been waiting for, the growth that you've felt coming, and the healing you've craved. This will be your ultimate path to complete happiness. You will learn how to block all negativity that surrounds you and that will try to knock you down. You will do so by deflecting all negative energy with your positive energy. You will meditate, even if it's for five minutes, to keep yourself focused on your goals. You will become more patient with yourself and reward yourself for every goal you accomplish and every challenge you overcome. Yes, this is happening--because you deserve it.

“Embrace your inner self, and become a better you.”
